Billing and Insurance
At RiverStone Wellness Center, we ask that charges (copays, deductibles, etc.) for each session be paid in full at the time of services unless previous arrangements have been made.  We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, cash, and checks. Our therapists are approved providers for many major insurance plans.  If you plan to use your healthcare insurance, we ask that you check before scheduling to ensure we are in-network with your particular plan. We can assist you in determining your co-pay and deductible responsibilities.  
 

Cancellations/No-Shows
At RiverStone Wellness Center, our providers understand that there may be a time when you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.  We ask that clients provide their therapist with 24-hour notice for cancelled appointments to avoid being charged a late-cancellation or missed appointment fee.  These fees are billed directly to the client.  This policy also applies to initial intake appointments.  Our providers will also do their very best to extend the same respect and courtesy to you, should a situation arise requiring that your appointment be rescheduled by our clinic.
